I am newly divorced and have a 18 year old daughter who has been severly handicapped all her life. Recently a woman hit my van and did so much damage and she had no insurance and I only had liability coverage. The van is not safe anymore for her and I need to be able to fold up her wheelchair to put into the back of the van. I would like to know if there are any grants out there that could help get me a van to transport her. my exhusband really messed up our credit after 23 years and no one will give me a loan for even a used van.
